The Riab Village Sports Ground, as one of the infrastructural facilities of this tourism destination village, provides a venue for local sports competitions and events. The ground hosts traditional indigenous games and mini-football tournaments, which are warmly welcomed by the village’s youth and teenagers. The Gonabad Department of Sports and Youth is pursuing the installation of artificial turf and the enhancement of rural sports houses in Riab. The existing sports facility serves as a platform for preserving and promoting traditional physical customs alongside modern sporting activities.
