The Riab Library has resumed its activities through the efforts of the Islamic Village Council, the Dehyari, the Cultural Heritage Department, and the participation of Riab’s youth and teenagers. With a collection of general, religious, and publications related to the culture and history of Gonabad, the library contributes to promoting reading and increasing public awareness among residents. It also serves as a venue for short-term educational courses and as a gathering place where younger generations can engage with the written heritage of the region. This cultural center plays a complementary role in strengthening the village’s social capital and supporting sustainable development.
