The traditional restaurant located within Ghavamieh Eco-Lodge employs skilled local women chefs and offers authentic Riabi dishes such as Jooshpareh (a traditional whey-based soup), Kashk-o-Bademjan, Gandom Polo, Changali (grape syrup with egg), and Ghormeh. All ingredients used in the restaurant are sourced from Riab’s orchards and livestock farms. Combining Qajar-era architecture with traditional dining settings, the restaurant provides a unique experience of culinary tourism and organic cuisine, while successfully retaining a significant share of visitors’ tourism expenditures within the village economy.
